Can Syria use the withdraw of SDF from the east of euphrates to move to the other side and kick more ISIS ass???
Maybe now they can move the s200 to Deir Ezzor since they have the s300 near Damascus
Im just wondering i have no real info to back up such claims

Aye, we spoke about this this morning briefly. I think it's quite possible. SDF withdrawed from some areas towards north, in response to Turkish artillery strikes. So there occured vacuum on the eastern bank of euphrates because ISIS mostly followed SDF's withdrawal. Now it depends if Turks will continue with strikes on Kurdish militants. However, today joint US/Turkish patrols started in the area so it may change situation on the ground.
