Something very strange going on there with the UN report saying 30,000 isis are still in the area and control the oilfields and keep crossing the euphrates to attack syrian government positions but when the syrian army crosses they are bombed by America, It's so bad that the iraqi army is bombing and fighting isis because the Americans and SDF won't.
