The US unemployment rates are way higher as the US only counts people unemployed who are looking for work but not those unemployed but not looking for work. So before the virus the US rates were 4% Unemployed but looking for work and 11% unemployed but not looking for work.

Aye. It's similar here I guess. For example homeless people are not a part of such statistics as they are mostly outside of the system.

URGENT: According to Iranian Media, #Iran accidentally sank 1 of their own frigates with an anti ship missile— media claims around 40 missing with 23+ confirmed dead.
No state media has confirmed this yet, but it seems legit. Will keep updated.
What an embarrassment if true just a few months after shooting down own airliner I think the Iranian military has been sabotaged from the inside.

I also thought immediately about this airliner. And now this cyber attack on the Israeli water system via US servers. Was this the revenge? Have US and Israel manipulated the computer systems?

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".
