Russia has cut its military flights in Syria from more than 100 per day to fewer than four a week, the defence minister said Tuesday, in another sign the country's conflict is winding down.

"Flights have been reduced from 100-110 per day to two to four sorties per week, mainly for additional reconnaissance," Shoigu said, without giving a specific timeframe for the reduction.

Shoigu told the meeting, also attended by President Vladimir Putin, that Russia "had completed the withdrawal of its main forces from Syria," not including those based at its Hmeimim airbase and Tartus naval base.

Looks like Turkey will cancel the purchase of S-400 from Russia in return for the patriots and being allowed to launch Syria operation against YPG that explains why America has replaced YPG with Arab SDF because they knew turkey are going to take out YPG proxy.

They already paid for it. At least partly. They can cancel whatever they want, I'm quite sure it gonna benefit Russia similary as cancelled Mistral deal.

My opinion is that Turkey has very powerful leverage on the US and Washington will go along with S-400 deal. I think that US govt. was directly invovled in Khashoggi's murder and Turks have it well documented. There can be proofs of CWs in Yemen as well, which were used under the US supervision. And many more. Some serious shit that Washington doesn't want to be seen publicly.
