Aye, interesting thoughts I can agree with. On other hand - we need to question how much of this "internal conflicts" is just to confuse wide public when something goes wrong. We know that Pentagon ordered training of jihadists for example. However, even SOF assests, tasked with it, sabotaged the project. On other hand, when Russia entered the theatre, it was McCain himself who lamented publicly over "Russians killing CIA suppoerted rebels". Looking at President Trump's reaction to the CIA's stunning conclusion that Jamal Khashoggi was murdered at the direction of the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, one can't help but wonder what debt (monetary and otherwise) the President and his family may have with the Saudis.
I remember the gif, widely used on GLP, depicting Obama sucking Saudi king's dick. Well, Trump is obviously buttfucked by the whole wide Saudi royal family...
