I think tomorrows meeting will be important. But let's not forget - Syrian undercover operatives share daily videos and photos from the whole Idlib, including Turkish border crossings. They are all over the place. Also earlier was reported that there are secret deals with leaders in some Idblib towns. As soon as operation will be launched they will switch sides and join operation agains Qaeda and affilates.
