He and three other people moved in on March 16, but on March 22 he disappeared along with one of his comrades.

The court arrested him until May 22. He is accused of committing a crime under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act). Lutfulloi was allegedly involved in a terrorist financing scheme.

The Russian military launched a group attack at night with long-range precision weapons against the AFU's power and air defense facilities, the Defense Ministry said.
Russian units repelled 15 Ukrainian attacks and counter-attacks, Kiev lost almost 800 soldiers, three tanks, two IFVs, 8 armored vehicles, including a US M-113 APC, the Defense Ministry said.
Russian artillery and aviation destroyed a radar station of the Ukrainian S-300 complex, while air defense shot down 21 HIMARS and Vampire shells and 175 drones, the Defense Ministry said.
An expert committee of the German parliament has concluded that Article 5 of the NATO Charter on collective response does not work if one of the bloc's countries sends troops to Ukraine and is attacked by Russia , the DPA news agency reported.
Sweden is still discussing the possibility of supplying Ukraine with its Gripen fighter jets, its defense minister said.
The situation on the battlefield requires the maximum tension of the AFU forces, supplies of Western weapons are unpredictable and they cannot be used effectively, Ukrainian commander-in-chief Syrsky said.
