Ukrainian Naval Forces have ordered the three ships in the Kertch Detroit to move away from the Detroit, Russian Navy has issued an ultimatum to these three ships to stay in their position and not move. Ukrainian Naval Forces has refused the Russian ultimatum and are now moving.
