Lol looks like EU will hand Turkey over to China and Russia on a plate. How do EU rules work do they all have to agree, Majority or one single country can veto It? I reckon Turkey calculated this well they are not an economy that depends on selling oil or Gas and they can get more from trading with China and Indonesia than the entire EU and Iran and Qatar will always sell them oil and gas and of course Russia will sell them weapons.

meeting’s final communique said:
"Arab League will consider taking measures against Turkey in the economic, investment and cultural sectors"
called on the U.N. Security Council to “take the necessary measures to stop the Turkish aggression and (for) the withdrawal from Syrian territory immediately”.

Turkey dismissed the Arab League statement saying:
►it misrepresented its military operations
►that governments who disliked Turkey’s stance on Middle East issues (including the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and war in Yemen) “do not speak for the Arab world”.

Iraqi FM Mohamed Ali Alhakim (president of the current Arab League session) also condemned Turkey’s offensive
Iraqi Alhakim and Lebanon FM Gebran Bassil called on the League to reinstate Syrian membership.

UAE FM Anwar Gargash also condemned the Turkish offensive

Qatar (considered a Turkish ally) did not block the communique, but voiced reservations.
“Qatar and Somalia have reservations about the Arab League’s decision today,”

“The reservation puts Qatar in one trench with the aggressor” --Egypt FM Sameh Shoukry.

Didn't the Arab league kick Syria out? what business is it of theirs and why is the Arab league backing Kurds over their fellow Arabs in the FSA?
