The good thing about that is it gives Syria the legal high ground which means the UN is basically giving Syria the green light to attack the Golan and the UN will support Syria. With Russia in Syria there is no way Israel can launch a ground invasion of Syria now and it's just a matter of when will Iran, Syria and Hezbollah start launching heavy attacks on the Golan.
