"Deerfield, IL-based Baxter International has confirmed that vaccine shipments sent to subcontractors in Czech Republic, Slovenia and Germany were contaminated with live H5N1 avian flu viruses. The contaminated product, which Baxter calls "experimental virus material," was a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses and H5N1 viruses produced at the company's research facility in Orth-Donau. The problem was discovered when ferrets inoculated with the experimental mix died."

... so a Czech laboratory decided to test the "Baxter vaccine" on ferrets and all died within days! The WHO was notified and a catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to bio-safety level 3. Baxter admitted "a mistake", but such monumental screwup is impossible at that level. All safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, key people would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direct orders from the top and from inside the company. They did not "send out the wrong vials", they produced dozens of gallons of a biological-weapon agent [genetically engineered live H5N1 virus], then sent it out as a "vaccine".

The US Ebola scaredemic was a CDC exercise, the WHO was fully on board back then as well. The last hurdle was President Putin and Russia releasing their own Ebola vaccine. I think that's why the whole plandemic game was put on ice.. until 2019.
